(A) Documents required to be forwarded with bank draft for final payment are as below:

• Latest Photocopy of your arms licence.
  1. Please ensure that photocopy of arms licence is complete and legible.
  2. There is sufficient period for purchase of revolver under Sec. 52(2) of Arms Rule 1962.
  3. The arms licence is having sufficient period of validity.
  4. All subsequent entries made in the arms licence are duly signed and bear stamp of the licensing authority
• If entries made in the arms licence are in a language other than Hindi or English then kindly ensure to attach a translated copy of same in Hindi Or English duly attested.

(B) Documents required to be submitted at the time of collection of revolver are as below:

• Your original arms licence for 0.32" Revolver.
• If ihe arms licence is not having All India/All U.P./Kanpur validity the following will also be required to be submitted with original arms licence.
  1. A No Objection of Certificate from the licensing authority under Sec.50 of Arms Rules 1962.
  2. Transport Licence from the District Magistrate, Kanpur Nagar along with one photocopy of the same under Rule 38 of Arms Rule 1962. (You may have to reach Kanpur atleast one day in advance to obtain this from DM, Kanpur office).
  3. If colleciion is being made through representative authority letter in duplicate.

(C) This offer is valid for 42 days from the date of posting of letter of offer thereafter the offer will be automatically cancelled and the revolver will be offered to the person next in queue. However, the General Manager, Small Arms Factory, Kanpur reserves the right to extend the validity of offer in genuine cases on receipt of specific request.

(D) After receipt of payment and ether relevant documents delivery of the revolver will be made on the dates to he given by the factory. If the dates by factory are not suitable to the purchaser it will be his responsibility to contact the factory and obtain fresh date for collections.

(E) 0.32" Revolver will have to be collected from factory premises by the purchaser either in person or through an accredited representative who should bring authority letter in Form "C" in duplicate. The photograph of the representative must be properly pasted on Form "C" and attested by the purchaser in a manner that part of the signatures are on the photograph and other part on the Form. It may kindly be noted that two copies of the authority letter are required by the factory in case additional copies are required by the representative the same will have to be provided by the purchaser.

(F) Reporting time at factory for collection of revolver is 8.30 AM and it normally takes four to five hours to complete the various formalities required for delivery of the revolver.

(G) The price of the revolver is liable to change without any prior notice and price/taxes/duties ruling on the date of actual supply will be charged.

(H) Revolver will not be saleable or transferable for Five years from the date of purchase.

(I) Ammunition of 0.32" Revolver is neither manufactured nor supplied by the factory, the purchaser will have to make his own arragements for the ammunition.

NOTE:
1.1) Acknowledge offer in Form "A" enclosed.
1.2) Forward all documents with enclosed Form "B" dully filled in.
1.3) Authority letter should be made on Fom "C" enclosed in duplicate.
2.0) Bank draft etc should be sent by registered post only. However, if any individual desires to submit in person it will be accepted between 3.00 to 4.30 PM on working days except Saturday and Sunday.
