1. This is basically B to B site for Buying
or Selling of Arms and Ammunition by Registered Arms Dealers
among themselves.
2. Individual Licencee who are desirous of
Selling or Buying Arms may please contact the nearest Arms
Dealer in your City/ Town to deal on your behalf. This is
being done for the smooth functioning of the system as it
becomes very difficult for a buyer to verify the sellers licence
and get the necessary clearance for entry of the weapon. By
trading through an Arms Dealer all the formalities under Arms
Act 1959 and Arms Rules 1962 can be done hassle free.
3. As a startup we propose to allow defence
personnel and arms licencee to sell their personal arms and
ammunition on this site. The user (other than an Arms Dealer)
may also be requested to send us a copy of their Arms Licence
by email/ fax or by post. |
